ADHD Programme

This medication free solution addresses, organisational challenges, focus and emotional regulation. This 35 hour programme, delivered in person, creates improved wellbeing, enhanced productivity and enables you to find motivation and clarity so you can achieve your goals.

Dyslexia Programme

This holistic, hands on programme, is a transformational learning experience that embraces your unique and wonderful ways of thinking. If you’ve tried everything else and nothing has worked, this is the solution for you. This 30 hour programme, delivered in person, overcomes reading and spelling challenges, elevates your self esteem and unlock your natural gifts so you can open doors to endless possibilities.

Maths Programme

This programme is perfect for anyone who finds maths “impossible”. If you are ready to learn maths in a way that sticks, and would love to start getting things right, instead of wrong, then this is the programme for you. This 50 hour programme, delivered in person, leverages your natural creative and imaginative strengths, so you can overcome maths challenges and build a solid foundation for mathematical understanding.

This programme was created to give autistic individuals the foundational skills needed to create change to enable them to participate fully in life. This programme will take you on a gentle, respectful journey, of self discovery and self empowerment, allows you to improve your wellbeing, strengthen your relationships, gain social and life skills and create the life you want.
