Neuro-inclusion that strengthens performance, culture and wellbeing

More than ever, organisations are recognising that diverse ways of thinking are essential to a high-performing, agile workplace.

Neuro-inclusion isn't a "nice to have" - it's a strategic capability that improves productivity, communication, retention and innovation across every level of your business.

At Remarkable Minds, we partner with organisations to ensure every employee - and every manager - has the awareness, tools and confidence to work effectively with different cognitive styles.

Our approach is practical, human centred, evidence-aligned, and grounded in real, organisational experience.

Why Organisations Choose Remarkable Minds

We bring a unique combination of professional expertise and lived insight.

Vanessa has more than a decade of specialist experience supporting neurodivergent adults and young people through accredited professional training and practise

Becky is an ex teacher and qualified life coach with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent adults in workplace settings, with a focus on emotional wellbeing, communication and performance.

Together, we bridge the gap that often exists between neurodivergent individuals and the neurotypical systems they work within. This dual perspective allows us to translate complex neurodiversity concepts into clear, practical tools that managers and teams can use immediately.

Over the past three years, we've delivered training, workshops and organisational development support to more than 30 organisations across New Zealand - from small teams to large multinationals.

Why Neuro-Inclusion Matters

Without understanding and support, neurodivergent employees often experience stress, overwhelm, communication challenges, and burnout. These issues don't just affect individuals - they ripple across teams and impact your bottom line through:

  • Increased sick leave
  • Reduced productivity
  • Team friction and miscommunication
  • Over - or under - commitment
  • Lower engagement
  • Early turnover

But workplaces that intentionally build neuro-inclusive capability experience:

  • Stronger retention
  • Higher engagement
  • More effective collaboration
  • Greater innovation
  • Improved wellbeing and culture

Neuro-inclusion is not just the right thing to do - it's commercially and culturally smart practice.

Our Approach

Every organisation's journey is different, but the pathway is the same.

1. Awareness

Building understanding across teams and leaders so everyone can recognise neurodivergent strengths, challenges and communication styles.

2. Acceptance

Developing capability at leadership level to create environments where difference are valued - not managed as problems.

3. Action

Providing practical tools, processes, and behaviours that allows teams to work together with clarity, confidence and consistency.

Our learning framework prioritises:

  • Psychological safety
  • Clear communication
  • Emotionally intelligent leadership
  • Immediate real-world application
  • Reducing overwhelm for neurodivergent staff and their managers
