What Does a Programme Consist Of?

A Davis Attention Mastery Programme consists of:
-
approximately 30 hours of one-to-one facilitation
-
personalised attention given to the clientās needs and goals
-
all materials required for the programme and for follow up work at home
-
training for a family member (or friend) for home support
-
3 post-programme sessions with your facilitator
Davis programmes are different to anything else you might have tried before.
We donāt use traditional learning methods because they just donāt work for the neurodiverse brain. Our methods are different, they are strength based, look at the whole person and help you understand how to work with your brain in a way thatās easy and long lasting.
In this programme, you donāt just learn how to focus more effectively, you also gain tools to help you regulate your energy appropriately, manage your stress and emotions and understand how your brain really works.
