Hi, I'm Vanessa
I'm an ADHD and Dyslexic business owner, but 15 years ago, my life was a mess. I was stressed out, overwhelmed and exhausted. I had no idea that self care was even possible for me, I didn't have a clue that actually my relationship with myself was the foundation for everything.
Back then, I was too busy making sure everyone else was happy, terrified of being seen as selfish. Any time I thought about taking a break or doing something for me, guilt would creep in, and Iād push my needs aside - over and over again. I didnāt realize that neglecting myself wasnāt noble or selflessāit was harmful.
If I could go back and tell my younger self one thing, it would be this: Your well-being matters. The key to finding balance and peace wasnāt about pushing harder or being more productiveāit was about understanding how my ADHD and dyslexia were impacting my energy, emotions, and my ability to prioritize myself, and how that affected every other aspect of my life.
Thatās why my co-founder, Becky, and I created the resources and tools I wish I'd had back thenāones designed to help you tap into the strengths of your neurodiverse brain, release the guilt, and finally make self-care a priority.
Are you ready to embrace your Remarkable and start putting yourself first, without the guilt?
