I'm an ADHD and Dyslexia business owner, but 15 years ago, my life felt like a constant struggle, I spent most of my time feeling like was letting people down - always falling short, never quite getting it right. 

I believed I was the problem in all of my relationships, constantly second-guessing myself and terrified of saying or doing the wrong thing. The weight of misunderstanding and self-doubt was exhausting, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t seem to break the cycle.

If I could go back and tell my younger self one thing, it would be this: the key to improving my friendships, work relationships, and family connections wasn’t about trying harder or being someone I wasn’t. It was about understanding how my ADHD and dyslexia shaped my emotions, how they influenced the energy of my relationships, and how my lack of self-worth and confidence was at the root of so many of my struggles. If I had known that back then, my life would have looked completely different.
