I'm an ADHD and Dyslexic business owner, but 15 years ago, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and constantly stressed. 

I had no idea how to manage my time or priorities - everything felt equally important, and I never knew where to start. So, more often than not, I didn’t.

I spent my time doing the things I wanted to do while feeling anxious about all the things I had to do. Then, as deadlines loomed and the pressure built, I’d scramble to get everything done - leaving me drained, frustrated, and stuck in a cycle of procrastination and burnout. It wasn’t just stressful - it was exhausting.

If I could go back and tell my younger self one thing, it would be this: the key to getting organised and breaking free from last-minute panic wasn’t about working harder. 

It was about understanding how my ADHD and dyslexia affected my time management, motivation, and ability to prioritise. And more importantly, realising that my struggles weren’t about laziness or lack of effort—they were deeply connected to the way my brain worked.
